Refund Policy

Digital product
Resume PDF downloads are digital goods. Once payment is successful and your PDF download is unlocked, refunds are generally not provided for change of mind.
Failed or duplicate payments
If your payment was deducted but the resume was not unlocked, or you were charged twice for the same transaction, contact us within 7 days with your payment reference. We will verify with Razorpay and resolve eligible cases.
Technical issues
If you cannot download your paid PDF due to a technical fault on our side, contact support and we will help restore access or issue a refund where appropriate.
How to request help
Email support@resumebuilder.com with your account email, resume ID if available, and Razorpay payment ID. We typically respond within 2–3 business days.
